Our fruit and vegetable powders are prepared from carefully selected raw material and dehydrated to the highest standards of food products. All powders are soft and free flowing products, having characteristic fruit/vegetable flavor, free from foreign damages. One kilo of finished powdered product is made from approximately 7-10kg of fresh fruits/vegetables depending of the kind. Rehydrated product gives nice organoleptic and microbiological characteristics. Fruit powders are originating from Italy/Spain, vegetable powders are coming from Poland and Germany. Each product has as minimum as 12 months shelf life.

Main applications are: bakery and pastry products, biscuits and wafer fillings, cereal bars and chocolate fillings, fruit preparations, ice cream and sorbet based products as well as toppings.
