Dried cranberries for food industry are prepared by gently infusing sucrose into premium cranberries. The fruit is carefully dried to preserve color and flavor. Further it is lightly sprayed with oil and cut into pieces if necessary. There are no preservatives, colors or flavorings added. Diced cranberries are available in larger or smaller pieces expanding various applications of this product. It appears as typical uniform cranberries of red color with tart cranberry favor.
