Dried cut raspberries (Rubus idaeus) is prepared only from sound, fresh and clean berries, which are washed and frozen, then cut and dehydrated with hot air to the highest standards for food products. Product appears as firm, sound and hard (not chewy for low moisture products) or soft (for regular moisture products), irregular free flowing dices. Low moisture <8%, sieve from <8mm and bigger (12mm) available. Shelflife: 12 months. Country of origin: Italy or Poland.

Osmotic whole dried raspberries are prepared in accordance with GMP by Osmotic drying in a sugar acid solution of premium grade whole raspberries. The product is then carefully dried to specific moisture level to preserve color and flavor. Further berries are slightly sprayed with oil. No preservatives, colors or flavors added. Moisture – whole raspberries between 13-18%. Country of origin: Chile.
