Osmotic dried Physalis are prepared in accordance with GMP by Osmotic drying in a sugar acid solution of premium grade whole phusalys. The product is then carefully dried to specific moisture level to preserve color and flavor. Further fruits are slightly sprayed with oil. No preservatives, colors or flavors added. Moisture: 13-18%. Shelflife: 12 months. Country of origin: Chile. They can also be dried and eaten much like figs, apricots or grapes.
